Universo Assisi 2019

We are Main Sponsor of "Universo Assisi" for the protection of the planet Earth

Assisi, July 20th-28th 2019

We are the Main Sponsor of "Universo Assisi", the great cultural event taking place from 20th to 28thJuly 2019 in the city of St. Francis, the patron saint of the environment. Human Ecology, Integral Ecology and Cultural Ecology is the slogan of the event, which has the same philosophy of ENGIE, or the idea that small gestures are sufficient to safeguard the most precious asset: the planet Earth.

Assisi has a wonderful history and is a perfect cultural center that represents a leap forward, an impetus towards the future that we have embraced, changing perspective together to contribute to a more harmonious progress.

At the end of the event, on July 28th at 7 pm, a "talk" will take place in which the Director of the ENGIE Italy Center Area Marco Massaria will participate, interviewed by Francesco Raspa of the Culture Office of Assisi.

"Active for Planet" is the simple, direct and effective slogan of the talk that has a message addressed to all humanity on the importance of what is needed to protect planet Earth.

«We have chosen to be the main sponsor of this event because it is a multi-cultural event that tends towards experimentation and is what we do with our desire to protect the environment. We are constantly engaged in research and development of forms of environmental sustainability and, as experts in the sector, we are also committed to raising awareness on the subject. Our company focuses on three types of goals: reducing our emissions, helping our customers to measure their emissions and even contain them, and finally to leverage education to create awareness, action and change».

Marco Massaria, Director of the ENGIE Italy Center Area
