Turin

The plant and network, which are owned by EXEL (49% Cofely, 51% Exegesi, company with a share of the Agenzia Territoriale per la Casa of Turin), at the service of the Olympic Village of Turin, were started up in 2006 during the Winter Olympics and are currently operated by ENGIE.
