Through its experience in Facility Management, consolidated in time through projects and the supply of services to industrial customers, large and small, and prestigious public and private buildings, ENGIE Italia provides a full range of tailor-made services, conducts continuous research in the technological field and is present all over the country.

With the Facility Management service of ENGIE Italia, the customer can delegate the integrated management of all its auxiliary services and activities not related to its core business: lighting, air conditioning, electrical and fire-fighting systems, lifts, video surveillance, reception, security, porterage and space management.

In addition, through the company ENGIE Program, there is a high know-how in the management of large sports facilities, both in plant maintenance and green management as well as in the management of vigilance and reception services.

At the customer’s disposal, there is a team of extremely highly qualified professionals in all sectors: technical, commercial, IT, purchasing, human resources and legal department. A Support Information System for maintenance, personnel services, reengineering, energy management and space planning.

A method based on a partnership with the customer aimed at ensuring full achievement of the objectives set through continuous, specialized consulting, together with specialist skills in diversified areas.

  •  “Technical” services for the building or maintenance on mechanical, electrical, heating/air-conditioning systems.
  •  Governance services such as Project Management, Space Management, Energy Management and Cost Control.
  • “Soft” services for spaces and persons, such as cleaning, management and maintenance of garden areas, reception/exchange, move management.




Provision of “Technical” services (maintenance of electrical, heating, air-conditioning and fire-fighting systems) and “soft” services (porterage, gardening and cleaning) to the Vodafone Village, at over 200 Vodafone sites all over Italy: an overall surface area of about 270,000 m2.

Through periodic reports, ENGIE undertakes to supervise compliance with agreed quality parameters to guarantee a continual improvement of the service in terms of rational use of the facilities, creation of more comfortable environments and reduction of the environmental impact.
