Florence, December 1st
Switch off the lights: F-Light is coming.
The Florence Light Festival is the project of the Tuscan municipality that will shed new light on the monuments and squares of the city during the entire Christmas period.
We have been partners of the municipality for over 10 years and for this special edition we have created a spectacular play of lights that will give life to the Artemio Franchi stadium.
From 8 December to 6 January, from 6 pm to midnight, the "Fiorentina house" will show itself under a new scenographic look. Thanks to a new LED system and our lighting direction, the stadium will be dressed both in the colors of Fiorentina but also in those of the 4 districts of historic football in Florence.
From Violet we will go to the Blue, to celebrate the district of Santa Croce, then White for Santo Spirito, Green for San Giovanni and Red for Santa Maria Novella.
A "GREEN" STADIUM
Artemio Franchi is one of the most important Italian stadiums. We already deal with the maintenance and requalification of all the technological and thermal systems of the offices and the playground.
We have upgraded the lighting of the stadium by carrying out the total overhaul and replacement of the lighting system of the playing field: 360 projectors distributed on 4 towers with a total power of over 1260 KW grant the Artemio Franchi the maximum visibility in case of events in night with TV coverage.
Our intervention has guaranteed the reduction of light pollution due to the dispersion of the old projectors and the containment of consumption. Moreover, we manage for Florence the "Luigi Ridolfi" athletics stadium and we are a partner of the services for the "Paolo Costoli" swimming pool, the only public swimming pool in Italy to have a state-of-the-art system that allows to maintain the ideal level of chlorine in water.
We have implemented energy efficiency measures in Italy in about 10,000 buildings, including 3,500 schools, 18 universities and 14 stadiums. We operate in 350 municipalities, representing the most symbolic villages nationwide, managing over 400,000 points of light.
